BILETA Prizes

For those of you who want to run for one of the BILETA prizes you have to submit your paper on or before March 27 by sending it via e-mail to prof. Arno R. Lodder (alti@vu.nl)

Conference delegates will have the opportunity to enter into competition for the following prizes. Please indicate which prize you are applying to. The same paper cannot be considered for two prizes (except for the Philip Leith prize).

BILETA 2023 Paul Maharg Legal Education Prize

A prize of £250 will be awarded for the best piece of legal education writing. To be considered for this, please submit a full paper (maximum -10-12,000 words, including footnotes) to alti@vu.nl by 27 March 2023. The winning paper will be submitted to the conference special issue of the European Journal of Law and Technology. 

BILETA 2023 EJLT Prize

All conference participants are welcome to enter for the BILETA-EJLT prize of £250. The winning paper will be submitted to the conference special issue of the European Journal of Law and Technology. Please submit a full paper (maximum 10-12,000 words, including footnotes) to alti@vu.nl by 27 March 2023.

BILETA 2023 Taylor and Francis Prize

All conference participants are welcome to enter for Taylor and Francis prize of £250 (on behalf of the International Review of Law, Computers and Technology). Please submit a full paper (10-12,000 words, including footnotes) to alti@vu.nl by 27 March 2023.

BILETA 2023 Philip Leith postgraduate Prize

A poster prize of £250 will be available for the best postgraduate paper (but may also be a poster or video). Submission by by 27 March 2023 to alti@vu.nl
